Matan took the lead and hosted the first installment of “REALShare Frederick”, a quarterly event for commercial real estate professionals in Frederick County. The event took place on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 9:00 – 10:00 am at Matan’s RiversideFive property, located at 8490 Progress Drive, Frederick, MD 21701.

Matan’s new Frederick Portfolio Leasing Agent, Brad Benna, discussed some of Matan’s current and future projects, and fellow commercial real estate brokers were given the chance to network and share information on their projects as well.

The next REALShare Frederick will be in June and will be hosted by Regus.
